A radio broadcast of a new play by award-winning dramatist Rick Mitchell. As Hurricane Katrina hits New Orleans, a man stands in a rapidly flooding attic, trying to break through the roof. Inadvertently, he travels back in history, to New Orleans and California, ending up in the midst of other disasters, both “natural” and otherwise, while discovering that natural catastrophe and racial conflict are never far removed. Performances directed by Hope Alexander, music and musical direction by Max Kinberg, engineered by Jeehyun Lee, produced by Debo Kotun.
